checksum mismatch

A cliente has being procesing images using a workflow that extracts information from the image. But, throughout the day the are getting a Checksum mismatch error. We´ve found tried to replicate the solution from this link https://doc.laserfiche.com/laserfiche.documentation/11/administration/en-us/Subsystems/LFAdmin/Content/Volume_Checksums.htm#tabs-2 but we can´t find the Enable Checksums button

That section of the documentation is about using Web Admin. Is that what you are using? It's more likely that the Desktop Admin section applies to you, where it's in a context menu instead of being a button.

Workflow does not have any built-in image processing capabilities. Where exactly are you getting the error and what is the full error message?
