Report Showing If Instance Was Approved or Rejected for Cloud

Is there a way to report on where a business process ended in cloud similar to this question asked for on-prem. I could not find an End Event variable in the Filters.

What I had to do was create a decision rule and update a field based on the action taken, then use that field as one of the columns in my report.
