Redtail Connection to Laserfiche

I have created the connection to Redtail CRM through the LF Cloud / Process Automation/ Intergration/ Application Connection.

Where do I go to create the parameter's to access only certain folders and documents? Is this done through Workflow? Can it be automated when I add a document in LF that it automatically goes to Redtail for the Folders given a permission?

Hi Timothy, do you want to only trigger data sending to Redtail when a document is added to some specific Laserfiche folders?

If so, yes, you can configure that in the Starting Event for Workflow.

For example, the above starting event will trigger the workflow only when a document is created in a folder named "folderName".
