Directory Services to login not working Looks like a browser issue

Hi,

User has problem opening forms. It is trying to open the LFDSSTS page to authenticate but it seems that it fails. This happened once and deleting cookies fixed it but it keeps coming back and is becoming a problem. Does anyone know how this can be fixed. Does not effect everyone at all the time seems random.

 

Happens mostly on the Edge Browser.

Hi Justin, 

Looking at that URL, it's the sign out page, rather than a login page. When I've run into that personally for other websites, sometimes it's that my browser has the wrong URL autocompleting.

Could you describe more what's going on before users see that page? Are they clicking on a bookmark? on a document?

It could be, for example, an issue with redirects after a session times out.
