Why does UserSyncClient.exe not terminate automatically

I have set up UserSyncClient.exe to execute every night at 9:00PM. When run manually from Forms it runs for a few minutes, but when run from the Task Scheduler is does not terminate until the timer stops the task. What am I missing?

Hi James,

Have you tried manually run UserSyncClient? Will it finish run in a short time?

Alternatively, you can set user sync schedule in FormsConfig site => User Authentication tab

A manual run of the task did not complete after three hours.

The synchronization interval is set for 24 hours on Forms config.
