I'm working with MCCi but they have ran up against a wall at this time. We added [Forms]email to the profile of each Laserfiche user because we switched to MS Office 365. Each user's profile was updated but there is one user who still does not receive the email notification from the process. Example - Construction Team has users A,B,C,D and E, everyone receives an email when the process is ran except for User C. I'd welcome any ideas I could research on my end.
