User in Team not receiving Forms emails

I'm working with MCCi but they have ran up against a wall at this time. We added [Forms]email to the profile of each Laserfiche user because we switched to MS Office 365. Each user's profile was updated but there is one user who still does not receive the email notification from the process. Example - Construction Team has users A,B,C,D and E, everyone receives an email when the process is ran except for User C. I'd welcome any ideas I could research on my end.

Hi, I saw this comment from another post: "From the Forms Configuration site on your server, send a test email to yourself and a test email to the impacted user.  If you receive it, but they do not, then it's a good bet there is something in their email settings that is preventing it (like blocking the sender address). " Is it possible this user's settings are blocking the from email address of Forms?

Hi Debbie, thank you for the response. That is the odd thing, our Laserfiche Forms IT Support, MCCi and our IT support company are both looking at this. They cannot see her email is blocked in any way and there is not error or suspended action in Laserfiche the email is simply not reaching her. I posted here because I hoped someone here may have encountered this situation at some point.

If that user goes to their account profile in Forms, does it list the correct email address?

You could also search for that username in the cf_users and cf_user_snapshot tables in the database. to see what email is listed there.  cf_users is the current user configuration and cf_user_snapshot is historical.

the email address is correct. A representative from MCCi support for our laserfiche, one from our IT Support and another co-worker and I confirmed the email address. It is just her that is not receiving the emails. I reviewed her profile/properties and cannot find anything out of place.

If Forms does not have any errors in its event log for this task, then, as far as it knows, O365 successfully accepted the message to send.

You may have better luck getting more direction from a Microsoft forum. This page has more info to trace the message on the O365 side.
