Direct Share shortening\changing File Name

We have an instance where it appears that when sending files via direct share, it's shortening the filename to the first 7 characters. Is this a setting we can adjust somewhere that I've missed?

The last two came through fine. It was just the first 5 that had issues.

This should be fixed now on Laserfiche Cloud.

Thanks for this report; we've filed a bug about this, #472984.

It seems like Direct Share is misinterpreting the multiple periods in the entry names.  Your screenshot doesn't show, but are the SUB and ZON filenames also cut off, or did they come through okay?
