Application Error AcroPDFImpl.dll_unloaded

We are self hosted and I have one employee's computer that is crashing when she is generating pages.  Attached is the evnet data.  Any clues would be welcomed.

Support can assist you to capture a crash dump when this happens, which will be very helpful in tracking down the cause. Something you could try on your own would be to upgrade or repair the Acrobat installation on the machine.

Acrobat will be addressed today.  Hoping that is the issue.

Katy, did you get this resolved?  If so, how?

Apparently upgrading acrobat and/or unassociating the pdf to acrobat and letting it reassociate naturally helped.  I haven't heard anything more from the user.
