Question for the Answers site itself - is there any way to change personal info?

Our email domain is changing, and I cannot find anywhere within my profile or elsewhere to update my email address.  I figure there must be some means to change personal demographics (such as a name change - not relevant to me, but not uncommon).  

Can someone point me in the right direction?

Hi Sean,

Laserfiche Answers uses your Laserfiche Support Site account, so I believe that's where you need the change. If I go to https://support.laserfiche.com/profile/, while I can freely edit First name and Last name, there's a tooltip next to the read-only Email address field that says:

Your email address will be used to sign in (please contact your regional manager to change this).

That means you'll need to contact your Solution Provider and have them submit a request to us to make the change. It looks like your organization has quite a few users with Support Site accounts, so if you'll like us to update them all to the new email domain at once, please mention that in the request. Should go without saying, but make sure to include what the new domain is in your request. I believe we make the updates on the backend rather than unlocking the Email address field for you to do it yourself.

I have had all those things changed, but the do not reflect in my LF Answers profile.

@████████ can confirm that changing the name in the user profile does not appear to affect the name displayed on Answers.  Any thoughts on this for the sake of Angela or @████████

I have a user that changed their name on the Support Site, but it has not updated on Answers. Any ideas?
