Weblink saying we do not have any valid licenses

When users are trying to access our Laserfiche weblink, they are met with the error "No valid WebLink license was found. Please see Event Viewer for more details." Any guidance on where to go from here? I attached a screenshot for visibility.

The error can also occur when the Laserfiche Server license file is invalid and/or expired. Looking up your account information, it seems you might have been issued a self-hosted system running on a temporary license that is now currently expired.

Please reach out to your primary contact from the Laserfiche Direct team and they should be able to further assist.

WebLink not finding a valid license file indicates that it either can't find a license file at all, or the one it did find is not valid for some reason. The installer should have required one, so the most common cause is that the license file has since expired and needs to be renewed. The event viewer on the WebLink server should have more details clarifying which case you are in, as well as where on the file system it is finding (or not finding) the license file.
