Is there a way to add all participant licenses as submitters for a Forms process? I have roughly 200+ participants that I would like to add them without manually adding each user.
I don't utilize participant licenses, but when I want a form process to be available for all of our users, I use the "Everyone" group as having the Submitter permission. Does that work for you with the participant licenses?
The way we handle this is that we have two Active Directory groups that handle license allocation.
One group for Participant licenses
One group for Named User licenses
Then, in LFDS, we have a group named "Staff" that includes everyone from both of those two groups and is a member of the Forms group so it is synced and can be used for access rights.
Any time we have a form that we want to be accessible to all staff, we use that Staff group.
We do this instead of using an actual everyone group because we have some external users like vendors who are licensed in forms and we need to isolate our internal stuff.
