Use Case:

We have tons of customers that have a Document Type field and we would like to be able to reuse this field without having to create a Document Type field for each template. For example, if the Finance template is being used, we would like to be able to set the default value of the Document Type field in that template to "Invoices". However, if the HR template is being used, we would like to set the default as "Employee Files".
