I have a customer who would like to be able to save and download items from their cloud repository, but does not want the ability for them to be able to share the documents. All the documents contain PII and when sending directly from the repository, there isn't any form of automatic encryption. It is an option, but many of the participant users are from other organizations, and a policy memo is not a strong enough measure to prevent this from happening. The customer sees it as a liability issue for them if items are sent out that way. If the document is downloaded, then the action falls on the prolicies of the specific organization.

Looking through the documentation Sharing, Downloading, and Printing Documents (laserfiche.com), I don't see a method that would allow me to control the different features within the Print/Export feature with greater granularity. Does anyone know of a way I can turn off the share feature or simply disable the button (can we manipulate the cloud environment with JavaScript outside of building forms?).
