Feature Request: Image and Text Box Fields

I would like an image field that allows me to upload an image to my form such as a logo or icon on my form.

I would also think that having a text box field, unlike an editable single-line or multi-line field that lets me write instructions or required legalese on a form without the end user being able to edit it or look like an editable field.

Both of these can be accomplished with the Custom HTML field. I routinely use Custom HTML to include instructions, legalese, etc., and it is fairly easy to use.

The visual content editor includes a rich text editor so you can style things, add images, etc. even if you don't really know much about writing HTML yourself.

Once you get the hang of basic HTML/CSS you can do a lot more with it too.
