We are running into errors when starting Business Processes in the LF Mobile App, after authenticating, and only on "some" of forms that we are trying to load/use. There does not seem to be any consistancy between users/forms/applications and we are having difficulty narrowing down the potential issue. What we are seeing:
Open the app > start a process > select the process
Two problems:
1) even though you’ve already authenticated in the mobile app, it forces you to authenticate again… really frustrating, because it seems to make you do this every time you start a process.
2) once authenticated, it still throws an error (interestingly, not a 404 this time, but now a custom Laserfiche error that says the process isn’t available)
Since there are several processes that would be best run from a mobile phone, but we don’t necessarily want made public
We are not seeing any errors on the public forms, but that is expected because of their nature. I do not believe that we see any of these errors if we run through the scenarios using just the browser environment, but when the LF App calls the web forms there seems to be some disconnect. Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
