Office 365 is unstable with Deleting Excel Table Rows - Only can give feedback to Microsoft

When choosing to edit an Excel document in Office 365 and deleting a row from any Excel spreadsheet, the entire site crashes and you must close the browser tab.

The only option I see is to leave feedback for Microsoft, so I did. Is there no additional support from Microsoft included with the Laserfiche / Office 365 partnership like being able to talk to someone directly?

Are you referring to editing Excel documents in the web client with Office Online in Laserfiche Cloud? If so, then this is a recent Microsoft issue that we have reported to them. We are waiting on a fix for it, but currently have no ETA.
If that's not what you're seeing, please give us more details.

Yes, that is exactly it. We reported it also through the option to leave feedback on the lower right, but it does not give us a way to track when the fix is ready. Is there a good way we can track tickets with Microsoft?

Are you still seeing this issue? Looks like Microsoft deployed a fix.
