Is there a way to make "File view" toggle switch stay on in LF Web Client 11?

We have a customer using LF Web Client 11.0.2109.7. They import PDF's into the Web Client via Drag and drop. In the preview, everything looks great (the image is at normal zoom and nothing is cut off). After saving, they open the document again in the LF web client, and it opens with the image very zoomed in and the sides cut off. We notice that the "File View" toggle is off. As soon as we turn it on, we see the full image and everything looks great. However, this happens every time, and they have to toggle the "File View" switch on every single time.

Can this be set to always be on? I've looked in the options but can't find any setting for it.

Hi Tyler,

I believe what you could do is set the viewing option to 'Open electronic file'. They can still switch to the images, if needed. This setting can be found under the users 'Options' menu.

Tried that. It made no difference. Same issue.

Correction. After closing and relaunching the web client, it did resolve the issue. Thanks Jonathan!
