Forms 11 'Save Draft' blocked by range set on number field

On click of Save Draft:

Any suggestions for allowing Save Draft even though there is a requirement? This is NOT a required field, interestingly enough.

You can't save the form with errors.

Either remove the range to be empty, instead of 0, or change the range to an acceptable range for your value (in your case, to include a min or max of 2).

I just had another case of this happening where set a range on a currency field. The draft would not save. As far as I can tell this is expected behavior. The Save Draft does require a few validations before it will submit. 

The part that is very unfortunate (the nicest way for me to put it), is that users will work on a form for 15 minutes and then loose all their data because there is no returning from that error. That is either poor design or a bug.
