When you select an entry in the repository, click on the "download" button in the upper right corner (or select it from the right click context menu) and when the "Download" dialog appears, you can choose to download it as a briefcase. As for importing a briefcase back into the repository, you can do a regular file import and it will recognize .lfb files as a Laserfiche briefcase.
