Laserfiche Forms encountered a internal error (LFF500)

Hello,

 

Sporadically throughout the day Laserfiche Forms pops up an error "Laserfiche Forms encountered an internal error. Please try again. [LFF500-Internal Error]. Our team/vendor has looked into and cannot find any issues. Just wondering if anyone has any insight or solutions for this error.

Hi Steve,

This is a general error wrapper on UI, there is usually a detailed error in Forms event log. So the suggestion is to check event log to find any detailed errors around the same time "[LFF500-Internal Error]" popped up.
