Hello, I have a user who is experiencing an issue with their mobile app.  When they go to upload a photo the gallery will not load and when a photo is chosen it will state there is an issue with the edges of the photo, on iOS when trying to upload an image they receive the error “This Image cannot be processed” followed by “This image cannot be processed because not all edges of the object are visible in the picture” Users are also seeing app crashes.

They are currently on the latest 10.4 version of Mobile Server and for the Phone application they have the latest update from the app store.
