Hi Ellie,

It's strange that only the first document/attachment is saved to repository. To make it clear:

• In the suspended save to repository task
• You have the form itself and several file uploads that need to be saved
• Only the form and first file uploads got saved.

If that's the case, could you help to provide more information by double check the error log and see if there's any error when saving those file to repository? Is there any required field left blank? Is there anything wrong with repo path and folder?  

Any info would be appreciated :)
