Is there any way to run an audit on security in the cloud?

You can generate the same entry access rights report in Cloud that you can in on-prem, I think. In the web client, select the folders you want -> Menu button top right (3 vertical dots) -> Generate Report -> Entry Access Rights Report. You can pick which users and which access rights you want to appear, and you'll get an Excel file with a sheet for each folder listing what rights each user has.

An "audit on security" could mean a lot of different things. What kind of a report do you have in mind?

Tell me who has access to what folders. So a security access report.
