Error occured while retrieving information about document's fields

We have a user using Quickfields 11 and this error came up today. We are unable to close and work around it:

A guess and potential resolution:

A field definition the Quick Fields session uses may have gotten updated within the repository. Try opening the session definition in Quick Fields (not QF Scanning) and see if the auto-updater finds any changed fields. If it does (for any updates), save the updated session and publish/distribute it to wherever Quick Fields Scanning is pulling from.
