Scanning through Citrix VDIs isn't "unsupported" in the sense that it won't work. It's that we don't explicitly test for compatibility with that configuration as part of our release process, and Laserfiche Support can't necessarily help out with resolving Citrix-related Scanning issues. 

I personally know of at least a few large customers using Laserfiche Scanning 10.4 and 11 on Citrix VDIs.
