Unlike onPrem where Teams had Members, Managers and Admins, and using Round Robin would only distribute tasks to the Members, Round Robin in Teams in Cloud will distribure Task to anyone in the Team regardless of if they are a Viewer, Analyst, Manager or Developer. 

How can we Limit Round Robin distribution to only the Viewers but still allow Managers to manage the Team and task without getting tasks assigned to them?
