We have a few users who are trying to import PDFs into a repository, but the import tool automatically renames them weird names like _PHE_3H. Other users are able to import the same PDFs with no problem. All users are using the drag & drop tool, and are using the latest update to the web client. Self-hosted system. Has anyone seen this? Unfortunately, my Records department are the ones with the problem, so we really need to fix it. TIA!

Edited to add: I don't think it's actually a LF problem. I logged into LF on their computers, and the same "test" files were renamed. I then had one of the users log into LF on my computer, and she was able to import the files without them getting renamed. Still very odd behavior, but now I have our IT team looking at it. Leaving this post here in case anyone has any ideas.
