Laserfiche Outlook Plugin

Hello,

We are in the process of moving our Outlook Mailboxes to the cloud and for the few that we have done so far the Laserfiche plugin is no longer showing up. It is not showing as seeming to be installed at all through the add-in manager. The plugin still shows in the other office programs.

Our office version is 

Microsoft® Outlook® for Microsoft 365 MSO (Version 2303 Build 16.0.16227.20202) 64-bit and we have on-prem Laserfiche 11 and the office integration plug-in version is 11.0.2212.483 when I check the plug-in in word.

Hi Kyle,

That's odd. To the best of my knowledge, the Laserfiche Outlook plugin only interacts with local Outlook application and doesn't have any awareness of whether the user's mailbox is hosted on a local Exchange Server or cloud Office Online.

Was there perhaps an update of the Outlook application itself to the O365 version?

Have you tried either Repairing or Uninstalling/Reinstalling the Laserfiche Office Integration and seeing if it reappears in Outlook?

For one of the users once they opened laserfiche it reappeard but for the others it did take a full uninstall of the Laserfiche Client and it's components include the office plugin and reinstall to fix.
