URL's in my table

Help me , Actually I have a table if i put my ID in automatic fill my fields, but in the Field Liga I obtain the URL

I would like to turn it into a hyperlink with a name in specific so that each time I put my ID It is filled with the name that I put on the Hyperlink and It directs me to page

I have this list in a database , depending fot he name is the hyperlink

1. INFORMACIÓN PERSONAL Y DE CONTACTO = https://gadd.upaep.mx/Forms/lVf05?Id_Candidato=show_page=1

2. INFORMACIÓN PERSONAL Y DE CONTACTO = https://gadd.upaep.mx/Forms/lVf05?show_page=2

3. INFORMACIÓN FISCAL = https://gadd.upaep.mx/Forms/lVf05?show_page=3

4. INFORMACIÓN FAMILIAR = https://gadd.upaep.mx/Forms/lVf05?show_page=4

I would like them to appear with the name and go to the page in my table .

This is my example when I put my ID, only with the URL, it is not converted

If i put other ID show me more URL's without name´s

I'm not completely certain I understand what you are trying to do, but it sounds like you are trying to populate the contents of the table via URL parameters. is that right?

If it is, then unfortunately, I don't believe it is possible to populate fields within a table from URL parameters - stand-alone fields can be, multiple fields - but not fields within a table or collection.

If these are static URLs, could you not just make each one a computed column in your SQL database where the ID is stored? That would save a lot of time and effort rather than trying to construct the URLs on the fly in your form.
