Can anyone provide additional information on what this status means and what it is doing behind the scenes?

I was going to point you to this page, but it does not have definitions for the various status values.

Yes, I noticed that as well. I have the question out to Laserfiche Support as well as we have been working on the Indexing issue in question but figured I may get a quicker response here. Thanks anyways!!
