Is there a way to recover files no longer in recycle bin?

Looks like someone got a little too carried away a while ago, and deleted some files. The problem is that they did it more than 90 days ago.

Is there a deeper version of recovery we can access? Kind of like Outlook's "Deleted Items" vs "Hidden Deleted Items". I suspect no, but figured I should ask before doing too much more with this.

This is Laserfiche 10/11 on-prem. It has been updated since the file was deleted, if that makes it more or less complicated.

If it's been purged from the recycle bin, I don't think it is recoverable natively.

If you have back-ups of your database and volume(s), you might be able to get it back via the backups, but it's going to be a little complicated.
