Hi Jason,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble accessing your repository. The server running Laserfiche Server, which hosts the repository, should have one or more event log messages with more detailed information.

You can find it by remoting to that server, opening the Windows Event Viewer, and navigating to:

Applications and Services Logs -> Laserfiche -> ContentRepository -> Service -> Admin (see screenshot below).

Start by trying to find an error message that starts with the same "Error reading Repository Information, or the repository is misconfigured. [9025]" text. However, it should have additional information as well that may help identify what the cause of the issue is.

Make sure to read everything in the message - the details can look complicated but sometimes you only need to notice a key word or two to identify the issue.

If you don't find anything useful in that error message, start looking for other error messages that might be related.

You can likely force the issue to occur by restarting the Laserfiche Server service and then trying to log into the repository. The related error messages should then appear at the top of the Event Viewer log.

I don't have "ContentRepositry" on the registry. See screenshot

If this is Laserfiche 9, look for the errors in the Application event log.
