SCIM Tab for Okta Identity Provider Not Showing in LFDS

I am trying to follow along with the Configuring SCIM in Laserfiche Directory Server help file, but when I go to my Okta Identity Provider, I do not see a SCIM tab available. Do I have to purchase an add-on to gain access to it?

Yes, SCIM is part of the Enterprise Identity Management (EIM) add-on, which is a separate purchase for Rio systems. EIM is included with "Business tier" and higher self-hosted Subscription tiers.

However, note that with the Linked Provider feature you can still use standard AD Group Synchronization for AD user provisioning while using Okta for authentication.

In our specific scenario we will probably look into purchasing the EIM add-on. LFDS is connected to about 10 domains, but we have additional domains on the other side of the world that are not connected, and we do not have a trust with. Since those domains are configured using Okta and we have it configured in LFDS, being able to use SCIM would help automate all users provisioning.

The only hold ups with that currently is that you can only configure 1 license type, so we would need to wait until we can configure additional types. We would also need to start the process of using groups in Okta for Laserfiche.
