troubleshoot locked tasks

Hi. I have a task that is always being locked when it is submitted (only for one request).

I tried to reassign and gets locked again. Is there any way to troubleshoot this type of issue?

I checked C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche Forms\RoutingError and there's nothing there.

Hi Cris

Do you find any error in event log (Open Event Viewer and forms event log is under Applications and Services Logs -> Laserfiche -> Forms). And you can open a support case if problem persists.
