Public Form w/Payment - PDF is Blank

I have a process with two forms one will generate a PDF while the other (with a payment process attached to it) will not generate a PDF with any content. The PDF is always blank, for that form.

The server is having no problem generating PDFs with the Chromium Skia/PDF m112 v1.4.

Other processes are happy to generate PDFs, this process is not. Any ideas where to look for error logs (forms logs show the PDF generation, but no errors) or if this is by design?

Hi Luke

We are unable to reproduce the issue with Forms 11 Update 3. Can you tell us your Forms version? Also, can you create a support case with your process? So, we can look into the problem.

Forms Version 11.0.2212.30987

Weird part is that if it select the box for action history, it will add that to the PDF, but the copy of the form will not show.

Action history and form are generated separately. It lookes like issue only happens when generate form, so action history can be generated make sense.

And to find more logs, you can follow Using the Diagnostics Tab Using the Diagnostics Tab in  Troubleshooting (laserfiche.com).

Unfortunately not getting anything from logs that could help. The server seems to think it is doing fine.

We are using public portal setup in a standard DMZ. The only item unique about this public form from all of our other forms, is that we have Authorize.Net payments tied to it using the Payment Gateway setup. After submission the form generates in the webpage as we would expect to show in the PDF. But the process task to save a PDF copy, a process task to email a PDF attachment, a click of the download button on the form page all results in a blank PDF (print button works).

Can you share a screenshot of your blank pdf. Because generate pdf will hide payment is by design for security concern. I thought previously that both form fields and payment aren't shown in pdf. But if just payment is blank, that is supposed to happen as it's by design.

Here is what I get on the form that does not have the payment portion, this is just the staff review step. In other words, with any start event that has payment processing, all PDF files show as blank.

So, form didn't generate at all. I think we'll need your processes to investigate this issue further. Do you mind open a support case and upload your processes?
