Hello,
We are working with a customer who has several different types of records, with different metadata templates for each, they would like to share out via their Public Portal. As a part of this, we have created several search forms, one for each type of record/template.
Creating the search forms for each type was relatively easy, but the customer would naturally like the metadata template/fields associated with the record type to display within the search results. There appears to be no way to set the fields displayed within the search results. We were able to set a single set of fields to use for search results by directly editing the associated XML attribute for the PublicPortalUser, but this doesn't allow the fields to vary based on which search form is being used.
Does anyone know of a workaround within LF Cloud to vary the search results columns based on template type?
Thanks!
