Using Web Access 10.4.2.688 and Office 365 with Laserfiche add-on.

I've been searching in Answers for information about dragging and dropping emails with their attachments into Web Access. A user claims that they were able to do this successfully (meaning that they were able to view both email and attachments in the browser) in 10.3, but not since we upgraded to 10.4. Now they have to download the email within Web Access to view any attachments. I can find no evidence that viewing both email and attachments in Web Access was ever possible, but I want to be sure I'm not missing anything. If I am missing something, how do we make this work? I know that users can send emails and attachments separately using the Laserfiche options in Outlook, but this is not what the user wants. Thank you.
