Participant Accounts

I have a user who is wanting to use some of the participant accounts for onboarding new employees. One of the issues that they have come across is that the informational updates screen comes up whenever there is a new release. Is there a way to suppress this behavior? Is there any other way to scrub the account between uses, so that they can be sure that the notifications only apply to the current onboarding employee?

I am guessing this is for Laserfiche Cloud?

Yes, for the cloud. This screen specifically.

Our team is looking into an 'opt out' option for our monthly What's New pop-ups in Cloud. Can you share more about how you're using the Participant Accounts for your onboarding? We are also working on a Cloud onboarding initiative, so hearing from our Solution Providers and Customers about how they onboard new users is valuable feedback.
