Customize text on web access login screen

asked on April 18, 2023

Hello, I understand that the web access login screen is here: C:\Program Files\Laserfiche\Web Access\Web Files\Login.aspx

This article explains how to put custom text into the Forms login page: https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/123961/Customize-text-on-Forms-Login-Version-10#123966

I am not sure how I would apply the concepts from the article on Forms Login to the Web Access Login, but I want to put a message on the Web Access Login that coaches them to log in with our company's domain ("xyz/myuser") and their AD credentials.

Are you using Single Sign-On?

It's pretty much the same as the linked question. If you are using SSO, the appropriate place to make the change is in the SSO login page. If not, it's in Login.aspx. We don't document more speciically where in that page, but a little trial and error should be all that's required. Note that upgrades will overwrite your changes, so you'll want to document them internally.

@Blake Smith - we are not using an external identity provider to validate their credentials, so I think the short answer to your question is "No - not using SSO."
