Currently, I have a form that inserts an email address using a lookup rule from another database when first and last names are the same...

1. First name on form = First name in database

and

2. Last name on form= Last name in database

3. Enter email address associated with first and last in database to form field

I want to be able to assign the task based on that information rather than having to create a dropdown list with all of the possible matches that contains their username flast\domain.  I see where this was requested almost 10 years ago, but can't find anything recent.  Any help is appreciated.
