Quick Fields Not saving Windows Login information

Hello,

I have a user who keeps getting prompted to login to the repository when running a qf session. I have attached a screenshot of this prompt. Is there a way to save the login information for quick fields? If so or if it is supposed to save the credentials automatically, is there any reason why it wouldn't be?

Both Capture Engine and document classes can be set up to require login when a connection to the repository is needed. Though, that is not the default.

So you'll want to check in your scan engine settings and in the document class properties and make sure that the checkbox for requiring login is cleared.

Miruna, I am having the same issue and I have not changed any of my settings. It is like it is no longer storing the Laserfiche authentication credentials I provide. I must be missing something.
