New Designer field rules, versus the classic design

I am exploring using the New Designer options on a form and may have found a difference.  In the classic design, if I ask to hide a Section header, the whole section gets hidden... which I like!  Now on this New Designer, I'm attempting to do the same thing but only the Section header is getting hidden.  Is that intentional in the new designer?

I don't see that behavior in Version 11.0.2212.30907.

You might want to verify that the fields are actually in the section.

In the Forms Classic Designer, the fields in the section are everything after the section header, until it gets to a different section header (or the end of the page).  But in the Forms Layout Designer, the fields are actually placed inside the section, it makes kind of a box and the fields go inside it.  I'm guessing your fields may be positioned after the section instead of inside the section.
