We are trying to get iCompass to integrate with Laserfiche. To my understanding, it hasn't worked for years, if ever (I am fairly new to this role).
The iCompass instructions are very basic: open ports on the firewall and add IP exceptions. Enter live/public IP-address and Laserfiche DB. My networking team tested and found all traffic was allowed. When we test the connection, it always fails (users are AD, and we tried a LF user account).
So it almost seems something on our Laserfiche web server, maybe? iCompass has not been able to help yet (ticket opened over 3 weeks ago) and my LF vendor doesn't have experience with iCompass.
Anyone have a similar issue, and fix that they can share?
