Hi Dafalla, With On Prem you can do this with PDF and Word documents using the Workflow Activity "Schedule Page Generation" that was added in V11. PDF are pretty straight forward.

For Word Documents, you need to do a bit of a Runaround and use the Merge Word Update activity with a Blank Template and set the Save output as PDF under the Cog. Then you can pass this PDF throught the "Schedule Page Generation" activty as above which will generate pages.

I don't know of a way to do this with Excel with Workflow without using some form of Scripts to convert the files to PDF
