Brand new to Laserfiche Connector. Is there a finite list of Third-Party Applications that can interact with Connector? Specifically, I'm wondering if Connector would work with ArgGIS Online.
There isn't a finite list, it's pretty good about finding what it needs in a variety of programs.
And it works really well with websites. You might have to make some configuration changes to the browser to allow Connector to access the components of the website. There are instructions while you are making the profile. And if you can't get it to work with the specific form components on the site, you can probably get it to work with OCR of the page.
I haven't worked with that specific site, but I have dozens of profiles that run on Google Chrome. I have them configured that it checks for the website address, so the buttons only appear at the top of the browser if they are on that specific site. In my case, I had to use OCR for a lot of them (due to limitations of the specific program we are running in the browser, not due to limitations of Connector), but it works very well. It uses the values it pulls to do searches in our repository and to start processes in LFForms with the results populating into field values.
I think it's a great program, and it has a very powerful wizard to help you set-up your profiles.
