I have a customer that has custom search forms (3) on their version 9. When you click one of the 3 search forms, it opens the custom search page (customsearch.aspx), has the name of the search form and then also lists all the search forms below it, preventing you from having to go back to the welcome page to select another custom search form. 

It seems that version 11 (maybe even 10) does not have that list in the customsearch.aspx. Instead, it loads a module, which would prevent one from adding it manually in the aspx file. 

Has anyone got around this or are we not able to get that list back again?
