Laserfiche client 10.3 continuously locks up and user has to restart her pc in order to reopen laserfiche. Happens on a daily basis. Her windows profile was rebuilt. Any ideas what could be causing this

I'm sorry to hear your user is having issues with the Laserfiche Client locking up.
Our first recommendation would be to check her computer's Windows event logs, specifically the Application and System logs, for any errors that correlate to the application freeze. If there's anything obvious in those you can remedy, do that first.
Second, Laserfiche 10.3 is out of support as of December 31, 2022 per the Product Support Lifecycle. The 10.3 release is about five years old now. We would strongly recommend upgrading Laserfiche Server and then the Laserfiche Client to at least 10.4.X, and ideally 11. Newer versions of the Client have many bug fixes and stability enhancements and may not exhibit the issue. When going from Client 10.x to Client 11, it's best to uninstall Client 10.x first before installing 11.
Earlier versions of the Laserfiche Client work with higher versions of Laserfiche Server, so you wouldn't need to upgrade all of your users' Client installations at once. Other Laserfiche 10.3 applications like Forms and Web Client will continue working with a higher Laserfiche Server version too, though we recommend upgrading those to a supported version in the near future as well.
If after upgrading the user is still experiencing the Laserfiche Client lockup/freezing issue, please have your Solution Provider open a support case on your behalf and we can assist through that channel.
