Can you use Cloud MFA with the Desktop App?

I have a migration client that is moving from on-prem to Cloud. They want to use MFA, but they also want to continue accessing the Cloud repository using the desktop app (it's what they are used to.)

Does the MFA work with logging in via the desktop app?

Hi Michael,

Yes. The Windows Client (desktop) has an option reading "Are you using Laserfiche Cloud? Sign in here".

Selecting that option launches an embedded version of the normal Laserfiche Cloud Login page, so any settings like MFA will apply like normal.

Afterward, the Cloud repository will appear on the client's repository list, and selecting the repo and then "Open" will automatically launch the same Laserfiche Cloud Login dialog.
