Laserfiche web client installation

I can't install the web client after uninstalling it 

because I can't see the Laserfiche web client check box here 

Has this ever happened to anyone before?

One reason it might not show up there is that the msi isn't present on disk. You would be looking for something like WebAccess-x64_en.msi. It's location may vary a bit, but in the installation I am looking at it's under \en\WebClient.

On the other hand, maybe the installer thinks it is still installed. Rebooting is the first thing I would try if you haven't done that yet. If there is still an entry in the Add/Remove Programs list, you might try seeing if the repair option helps at all.

the installation file is corrupted, the issue was in this file WebAccess-x64_en.msi
