We are very excited about the upcoming April 2023 Laserfiche Cloud release of our unified regional settings to control language, time zone, and date formats. These settings are available as both an account-wide default and as individual user settings that take precedence over the system default.  

Upon release, existing time zone and locale settings will no longer be automatically set based on your browser or previously configured options in the repository. To minimize disruptions to users, we are making these settings available for configuration now. These settings will then apply to all Laserfiche Cloud apps as future regional settings support is released.  
 

For account-level settings, a "Regional Settings" tab is now available under Settings in Account Administration. Users can change their individual settings by going to My Account page.  
 

To avoid any confusion, we recommend that you update these settings in your customer accounts or instruct your customers to do so. Changes made to the time zone, language or regional format will take effect on April 11, 2023 when the new functionality will be released.
